Captured Fugitive in Austria
A fugitive from a high-security facility located in Southern Bavaria was captured recently. Austrian law enforcement officials nabbed the individual in Styria during the evening of last Thursday. The suspect, aged 28, was among four convicts who had made a break from the district hospital in Straubing on August 17, accompanied by three other criminals.
The fugitive, who had escaped from the district hospital in Straubing, located in Lower Bavaria, was apprehended in Styria. Despite being from Southern Bavaria, the high-security facility where he was originally held was not in Lower Bavaria.
