Capri-style tofu bite

Für 4 Personen

  • 3 Esslöffel Balsamico-Essig
  • 2 Esslöffel Olivenöl 1 Teelöffel Spitzengewürz
  • 1 Packung alter Tofu, abgetropft und fest gepresst
  • 24 Traubentomaten, halbiert
  • 24 frische Basilikumblätter

NÄHRWERT-INFORMATION

  • Kalorien 126 9 Gramm Fett 6 Gramm Kohlenhydrate
  • Ballaststoffe 1g 4 Gramm Zucker
  • 5 Gramm Protein

Vorbereiten

  1. Bereiten Sie die Balsamico-Glasur vor. In einem kleinen Glas Balsamico-Essig, Olivenöl und Gewürze vermischen. Gut umrühren und beiseite stellen.
  2. Tofu in 1,24 cm große Würfel schneiden.
  3. Montieren Sie die Caprese. Besorgen Sie sich einen großen Teller und Zahnstocher. Legen Sie eine Tomatenhälfte auf einen Zahnstocher, dann einen Tofuwürfel und falten Sie die Basilikumblätter in zwei Hälften. Zum Schluss die andere Hälfte der Tomaten hinzufügen. Wiederholen Sie die oben genannten Schritte für alle Verbrauchsmaterialien.
  4. Die Balsamico-Glasur erneut vermischen und über die Caprese träufeln.
