Bushido sues another rapper over "Carlo Cokxxx hookers"
The rapper Bushido has gone to court in connection with "Carlo Cokxxx Nutten". According to the Munich I Regional Court, the musician is the owner of the word mark with protection for clothing and printed products. The fact that the logo is probably also emblazoned on products in fan boxes, which a fellow rapper is supposed to offer on the Internet, is now causing trouble. Bushido has sued the other rapper for injunctive relief and damages, among other things. He is also seeking the recall and destruction of the articles, the court announced. The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday (11.00 am). The personal appearance of the opponents has not been ordered.
