Oberberg district - Burning carport triggers major operation

A burning carport in Wipperfürth(Oberbergischer Kreis) has triggered a major fire department operation. The fire also spread to the roofs of the two adjoining residential buildings on Wednesday night, according to a fire department spokesperson. These are currently uninhabitable. The cause of the fire and the amount of damage could not yet be determined. Around 150 firefighters and several teams were deployed. No one was injured. The operation continued on Wednesday morning.
