Some mystery person broke a car window in Jena and nabbed a handbag, even though a young lad was relaxing in the backseat. According to the cops, a spectator saw this go down around lunchtime yesterday. A biker darted towards the parked vehicle, then banged on the side window and took off with a leather purse. At the moment of the robbery, a 5-year-old was occupying the back seat. Per the police, his mom had popped out for a sec to handle a situation at the daycare center nearby. The kid looked pretty distraught after the event. The crook vanished without a trace. The authorities are soliciting anyone with info.
