During the Technology Show IdeenExpo this year, an impressive number of exhibitors have gathered, surpassing all expectations. "Interactive exhibits are the essence of IdeenExpo, and we're extremely pleased to showcase so many exhibits made possible by our 310 exhibitors this time around," expressed Volker Schmidt, Chairman of the IdeenExpo board, on a recent Monday in Hanover. Furthermore, this year's ninth edition boasts over 800 exhibits for attendees to explore. The IdeenExpo is a science and technology event focused on young individuals. The fair will run from June 8th to 16th on Hanover's exhibition grounds.

Notable companies participating in the event include Tesla, Continental, VW, and Siemens. At the Chemical Associations of Northern Germany stand, visitors can witness the creation of Boba Pearls, a component in Bubble Tea. There's also a chance to extinguish a virtual fire in a tea kitchen at Salzgitter AG using a virtual reality headset or enjoy a ride in a self-driving cart at ZF Friedrichshafen.

Minister of Economics for Lower Saxony, Olaf Lies (SPD), expressed his thoughts, stating, "IdeenExpo is the central European event when it comes to showcasing what natural sciences can achieve and inspiring our youth in the process."

The 2022 edition of the IdeenExpo attracted over 425,000 visitors, male and female. It served as a platform for 280 companies and economic associations, universities, scientific institutions, and schools from across Germany. Schmidt summarized the IdeenExpo's mission by saying, "Just make it easy, give it a try, and you might discover talents you never knew you possessed."
