Parties - BSW clears another hurdle for participation in state elections
A man has been welcomed with open arms while collecting signatures. For many, the hope is great that a new political force will offer constructive and thoughtful solutions for the accumulated problems in local politics, broaden the political spectrum, and bring about real changes.
Zimmermann attributes the approval of voters to the peace policy with a focus on diplomacy represented by the BSW. "People are tired of more and more money being sent to Ukraine for weapons, and more and more people dying as a result. This policy cannot be right."
The state election committee will check the submitted signatures and all other documents on July 5. It will then be determined who can participate in the state election. In the week beforehand, the state election authority had granted the participation in the election to 59 parties and associations. The Alliance Sahra Wagenknecht had achieved 12.6% of the votes in the European election in Saxony. In the latest surveys, the party had reached values of up to 15%.
