Processes - Brother murder

In the process of fatal shots at a Hagen Scrapyard, the verdict is expected to be pronounced on Monday. A 77-year-old man from Hagen is accused of shooting his half-brother in January and attempting to shoot two other people. The prosecution has requested life imprisonment for murder and two attempted murders. Before the anticipated verdict announcement at the Hagen Regional Court, the defense must first plead in the trial.

The 54-year-old half-brother of the accused was hit by four bullets in the chest and died at the scene. The background is reportedly a dispute in the company leadership.

The Hagen Regional Court, where the verdict for the Process (Court), is set for Monday, is located in North Rhine-Westphalia, the same region where the alleged criminality occurred at the scrapyard. Despite the 77-year-old defendant's arguments during the trial, his request for leniency in light of his advanced age is unlikely to influence the serious charges of murder and two attempted murders.
