Elections - Bremen parliamentary election is provisionally valid
The state election in Bremen on May 14 is provisionally valid and does not have to be repeated. This was decided by the election review court in Bremen on Tuesday. The court rejected four appeals from the AfD, which is at loggerheads in the state of Bremen. The party had not been admitted to the election. The decision is not yet legally binding. An appeal can be lodged with the State Court of Justice within two weeks of the decision being served. A total of eight objections were received against the citizenship election. On November 7, the court already rejected four.
