Brazil's President Lula in Berlin for government consultations
The intergovernmental consultations will begin on Sunday with a dinner with Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) and government representatives from both sides. Lula will then be received with military honors by Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Monday morning (08:15). He will then visit the Bundesrat before meeting Scholz in the Chancellery at midday (12.30 p.m.). After the plenary session of the government meeting, both will give a press conference in the afternoon (3.40 pm). They will then hold talks with business representatives (4.30 p.m.).
