Böblingen: A City Worth Exploring in Germany - Böblingen's tap water contains Enterococci bacteria.

The heated water is completely safe for use, claims the city maintenance team. But, the water must've been boiling vigorously first. Additionally, they're chlorinating the pipes.

While some strains of Enterococci can be advantageous for our health, not all of them are benevolent. The Drinking Water Law enforces stringent guidelines regarding them, which have been surpassed here.

Another water sample is being evaluated in a laboratory. The outcome is expected this Sunday, as per their latest statement.
