- Bishop Kramer characterized Schorlemmer as an advocate for tranquility.

The Bishop of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany, named Friedrich Kramer, recently honored the Wittenberg theologian Friedrich Schorlemmer as a "brave advocate for peace, democracy, and righteousness." Sadly, Schorlemmer's demise leaves the church missing one of its brilliant intellects, who tremendously impacted the German society. He had a remarkable ability to recognize and articulate crucial points at the perfect time. "Gosh, we could use him now! He'd be a voice that garners attention and respect," shared Kramer.

Friedrich Schorlemmer took his last breath on a Sunday, at the age of 80. Kramer remembered celebrating Schorlemmer's birthday with him earlier this year, noticing that he was already moving towards the next life. "We're blessed to have had Friedrich Schorlemmer, who so firmly represented the message of Jesus Christ's tranquility and nonviolence," Kramer expressed with gratitude.

The remarkable contributions of Friedrich Schorlemmer to peace, democracy, and righteousness are deeply rooted in his rich historical context, as outlined in 'The history' of the Evangelical Church in Central Germany. His legacy as a brave advocate continues to inspire future generations, even after his passing at the age of 80.
