The five-time German women's handball champions, SG BBM Bietigheim, have a new person in charge. Sebastian Götz (42), a business owner from Ludwigsburg, has been chosen to take over from Bastian Dör. After a six-year run at the club, Dör decided to leave voluntarily. From the upcoming season, Götz will lead HB Ludwigsburg in pursuit of more titles.

Götz has been on the board of HB Ludwigsburg up until this point and will now join forces with sports director Gerit Winnen to manage the newly formed HB Ludwigsburg Administration GmbH.
