Handball Bundesliga - Bietigheim handball team brings goalkeeper from Gummersbach

Bundesliga promoter SG BBM Bietigheim has signed four-time German handball national goalkeeper Daniel Rebmann from VfL Gummersbach. The 30-year-old will form the goalkeeper trio with Fredrik Genz and Filip Baranasic, as the Swabian club announced on Friday.

Gummersbach, in the meantime, announced the signing of Croatian national goalkeeper Dominik Kuzmanovic. The 21-year-old comes from the first division team RK Nexe and has signed a contract until 2028.

"I am very excited about my new task and happy to be back in my home region," said Rebmann, who played several years for Frisch Auf Göppingen before his time in Gummersbach. "It will be a challenge to establish SG sustainably in the first league. Those who know me know that I give my all in every training and game to help us achieve our first goal - class maintenance."
