Road congestion - Bicyclist meets fatal end following collision in Kassel.
A 76-year-old bicyclist was critically injured in a traffic collision with a large truck crane in Kassel and later succumbed to his wounds at a local hospital. It is believed that the elderly man was on a pedelec when he unnecessarily rode toward the extended outreach of a crane, causing him to sustain severe head trauma. Paramedics promptly arrived on the scene and transported him to the medical facility, unfortunately, the man's injuries proved to be fatal.
