A biker got taken off the street in Brand-Erbisdorf, Saxony, after being detected with an alcohol level of 2.94% in his blood. This revelation was made during a regular inspection, as per the Chemnitz police's report. After undergoing a blood test, the 46-year-old individual was issued a warning for potential intoxicated driving.
The Chemnitz police forwarded the case to The Commission for further investigation due to the seriousness of the alcohol level. Subsequently, The Commission decided to impose a more strict penalty, considering the repetitive nature of the biker's alcohol-related offenses.
