The EM-Quarterfinal match between Germany and Spain today in Stuttgart is causing the inner city to gradually fill up. Fans of both sides move through the streets with flags, songs, and drum circles. The atmosphere is relaxed. So far, everything has gone smoothly. The police do not classify the encounter as a high-risk game, but they will be present with many deployment forces in the inner city and around the stadium.

At the helm, up to 1,500 police officers will be in action, said a spokesperson. The first streets were closed as early as the early morning. Football fans are asked to come to the stadium or the inner city with public transportation. The setup for the Fan Walk begins early in the afternoon, starting at 14:30 hours towards the stadium.
