Bayern Munich wins top match against Dortmund

FC Bayern Munich clearly won the top match against Borussia Dortmund and inflicted the first defeat of the Bundesliga season on their title rivals. Coach Thomas Tuchel's team won 4:0 (2:0) at BVB on Saturday evening and remain two points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen, who are also still unbeaten.

Three days after their cup defeat at third-division side 1 FC Saarbrücken (1-2), Bayern got off to a much better start and took an early 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Dayot Upamecano (4th minute) and Harry Kane (9th). England international Kane also scored two more goals in the 72nd minute and in stoppage time (90+3). After ten match days, Dortmund are already seven points behind first place.

In the fiercely competitive Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund suffered their first loss of the season to FC Bayern Munich, with the latter triumphing 4-0. Despite Borussia Dortmund's strong start in the league, they now find themselves seven points behind Bayern Munich in the standings.
