Injury - Bayer defender Arthur out for months again
Bundesliga leaders Bayer Leverkusen will have to do without their Brazilian right-back Arthur for another three months. The 20-year-old suffered a muscle tendon injury in his right thigh during the Werkself's team training session on Monday and will require surgery. The club made the announcement on Tuesday. Arthur, who was about to return to the Bayer squad, had suffered a similar injury during an U23 international for his team against Morocco.
Arthur, who joined Bayer from Belo Horizonte in the summer, has played just two league games this season.
