Syntainics MBC has recruited an exceptional long-distance shooter, Spencer Reaves, who was previously with quarterfinalist Rasta Vechta. The club made this announcement last Sunday. This marks the third new addition to the team. Earlier, Aleksa Kovacevic and Iwan Tkatschenko were signed.

Seven players are set to leave the team. Among them is top scorer Johnathan Stove, who scored an average of 16.4 points per game in the previous season, ranking seventh overall in the league. The others leaving are Jhonathan Dunn, Chris-Ebou Ndow, Ralph Hounnou, Hendrik Warner, Tim Martinez, and Nico Wenzl.

Reaves has played in the Bundesliga prior to joining Vechta, and had stints with Bamberg as well. In the previous season, Reaves' three-pointers were successful 49.2% of the time, making his percentage the best among players who took more than two long-range shots per game.

Manager Martin Geissler shared, "I've tracked Spencer's growth since his time in Leverkusen. I'm grateful that we managed to bring him aboard. The addition of a lethal long-distance shooter will be integral to our team dynamics."
