The Bamberg Basketball team has secured Slovenian player Nik Dragan. At 24, Dragan will initially don the jersey of the Franconian basketball Bundesliga squad for the upcoming six weeks, as per the club's announcement. There's an opportunity to prolong the contract until the season's end.

Dragan previously suited up for Romanian side SCM CSU Craiova last season and is tipped to take over Horvath's position on the wing. Regrettably, Horvath will be sidelined for several weeks due to a finger injury.

Dragan's impressive performance with SCM CSU Craiova in Romania caught the attention of German basketball clubs, leading to his joining the Bamberg team. During his tenure, Dragan aims to contribute significantly to Germany's promising basketball Bundesliga season.
