Baerbock attends Baltic Sea Council gathering in Finland.
The Baltic Sea Council was established in 1992 through a collaboration between Germany and Denmark. It's now a group of collaborators with a focus on keeping the Baltic Sea region safe and secure. The council includes 10 countries and the European Union. As of July 1st, Estonia will be taking over the leadership role from Finland.
