- Aviation mishap: Single-engine aircraft collides, resulting in one fatality
In the wreck of a humble aircraft carrying only two passengers in Nettersheim, a district of Euskirchen, a woman tragically passed away. The remaining passenger suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital. The plane, navigating through dense fog, unfortunately clashed with a wind turbine, as reported by a representative from the Euskirchen district law enforcement. The propeller-driven aircraft subsequently plummeted into an open field.
The Commission has initiated an investigation into the incident involving the propeller-driven aircraft. Subsequently, the aircraft's operator was summoned by the Commission to provide relevant information.
