A car crashed into a tree in Lüdersfeld, west of Hanover, last night, leaving its driver and passenger with severe injuries. The cause of the accident, involving a car veering off the road after hitting a parked horse trailer, remains a mystery. Eyewitnesses described the scene as chaotic, with the vehicle's 43-year-old driver and 48-year-old passenger requiring hospital treatment.
Rescue crews struggled to free the passenger from the wreckage. In addition to the heavily damaged car, two other vehicles and a garage door also suffered significant harm. The cost of repairing this debris exceeded 90,000 euros, according to officials' estimation.
