Incident of aggression or harm - Authorities persist in their search for the individual who fired shots in Hagen.
A man is accused of severely wounding his wife in their apartment shared with others in a multi-story house on a Saturday morning. Later that day, the 34-year-old Turkish national reportedly drove to a hair salon and opened fire on three other people. The two crime scenes are said to be just 10 minutes apart.
New news from law enforcement on Sunday suggests that two of the four injured individuals are still considered to be in a life-threatening condition. It appears that the alleged attacker's wife was shot in the head, and although initial reports indicate the motive was related to family issues, the police have yet to provide further details on the victims.
Following the crimes, the man drove his vehicle to a nearby parking lot and then fled on foot. Local residents were urged to exercise extreme caution.
