Travel to new places for enjoyment - Authorities in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania introduce bathing services.

Starting soon, police officers will be sighted in popular tourist spots along the coast and other vacation areas in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This initiative, known as the "Bathing Service," will kick off on Thursday in the coastal city of Ueckermünde with the State Interior Minister, Christian Pegel (SPD), attending the event. Over the past summers, a significant number of officers have been assigned to these areas to provide assistance and deter crime by maintaining a strong presence.
