A fellow from Austria made some waves in Hamburg: Andreas Dick clocked in a noteworthy feat, spending six hours and 28 minutes to hit every U-Bahn station in the city. A rep from Hochbahn spoke up, sharing, "Nothing but smooth sailing and a successful trip."

His journey took him through a grand total of 93 U-Bahn stations. The objective behind this subway marathon in Germany's hub city was to show just how long it takes to conquer each station. With a twinkle in his eye, the 55-year-old commented, "What a fantastic way to explore a city!"

This wasn't the first time this seasoned journalist tackled such an undertaking. He's already completed full-blown tours in 17 major metros, such as Vienna, Berlin, and Lyon. In 2016, he navigated through Bremen on its trams. However, this adventure was unofficial. As per Hochbahn, not a soul had officially attempted this before.

Despite the mixed weather conditions, Andreas Dick's determination remained unwavering. The achievement of this mixed-method city exploration was widely celebrated among locals and rail enthusiasts alike.
