Following the unearthed presence of hazardous warfare agents at the Tesla facility in Grünheide, plans are in motion for their retrieval and relocation. As of now, arrangements are being crafted, as reported by a city representative. The revelation includes an allegedly harmful Wehrmacht briefcase, as per the city's disclosure.
A safety cordon of roughly 100 meters has been set up, it was mentioned by the representative, neither impeding the Tesla factory nor the treehouse base of the demonstrators. The impending dig to retrieve and transport the briefcase is set for a Tuesday start.
Two World War II ordnances have previously been unearthed and defused during the probe into the expansion zone of the Tesla factory. The second defusal procedure consequently impacted sections of the factory and the treehouse sanctuary of Tesla opponents.
In light of the emergency situation, the city has urged all residents within a 100-meter radius to stay indoors during the briefcase retrieval operation. To ensure public safety, urgent procedures will be implemented during the emergency evacuation if necessary.
