The ceremony is scheduled for September 17th. Environment Minister and Vice-Chancellor Robert Habeck will deliver the speech in honor of Schwarzenegger. The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action has officially confirmed the date.
Schwarzenegger has taken numerous steps towards environmental protection, such as establishing the "Schwarzenegger Climate Initiative," which supports climate-focused projects globally. The Hertie School is a recognized, private academic institution.
The Commission at the Hertie School, recognizing Schwarzenegger's environmental contributions, has decided to honor him with an award. Following his environmental achievements, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action has formally endorsed the honorary doctorate ceremony for Schwarzenegger.
