In the upcoming Saxony state parliament, it's predicted that AfD's leading candidate, Jörg Urban, will secure his spot through a direct vote. So far, the count in five out of seven districts shows Urban commanding approximately 47% of the votes in his Bautzen 5 district. Meanwhile, CDU's contender, Marko Schiemann, lags behind with approximately 28.5% of the votes in the same constituency.
