Annual General Meeting of FC Bayern without new elections
FC Bayern Munich has issued invitations to its Annual General Meeting this Sunday (11.00 a.m.). For the first time, the annual meeting of members will take place in the morning. Traditionally, the event has always been held in the evening.
At the meeting in the Rudi-Sedlmayer-Halle, the home of the Bayern basketball team, there will be no elections to the executive committee this year. For the first time, Jan-Christian Dreesen will address the members as Chairman of the Board. The 56-year-old took over from Oliver Kahn at the end of May. An important item on the agenda is the proposal to revise the club's statutes.
Coach Thomas Tuchel is set to make his debut at the annual general meeting. Almost all of the players are unable to attend due to international travel.
The absence of elections to the executive committee at this year's Annual General Meeting of FC Bayern Munich is noteworthy, as it marks the first time Jan-Christian Dreesen addresses the members in his new role as Chairman. Despite the time change, the Bundesliga champions continue to engage with their supporters through this annual event. Despite the change in schedule, coach Thomas Tuchel is still expected to make his debut at the meeting, although most of the team is unable to attend due to international commitments.
