Watching TV Programs - Anne Will returns as a guest on a show.

Approximately six months following her departure from the political scene, television personality Anne Will will make a return to talk shows as a guest. The creators of the Radio Bremen program "3nach9" revealed this news on Thursday. They also mentioned that the 58-year-old political talk show host has future aspirations: "The former moderator of 'Sportschau' and 'Tagesthemen' is looking to make a stronger comeback as a journalist. The upcoming show will uncover what she has in store for the future, the impact of deceased '3nach9' moderator Juliane Bartel on her journalistic career, and who is authorized to use the nickname 'Anne Will'."

Throughout a 16-year long career, Will has interviewed over 1300 guests and attracted over four million viewers. Her final episode on the namesake talk show airing on Sunday evenings aired in early December 2023, coming to a total of 553 episodes. In April 2024, Will began a new podcast called "Politics with Anne Will."

Caren Miosga assumed control of Will's previous talk show slot towards the end of January. Her show, also featuring the title "Caren Miosga," has been competing against the ZDF shows of Maybrit Illner ("Maybrit Illner") and Markus Lanz ("Markus Lanz") as well as the ARD shows of Sandra Maischberger ("Maischberger") and Louis Klamroth ("hard but fair"). Currently, none of these talk show moderators are vying for airtime against Miosga.

During the "3nach9" episode on Friday at 10:30 pm on NDR television and the TV program of Radio Bremen, the co-hosts Judith Rakers and Giovanni di Lorenzo will also welcome science journalist Dirk Steffens, journalist Sophie von der Tann, actor Dirk Martens, motorcycle world traveler Ann-Kathrin "Affe" Bendixen, and former goalkeeper Jean-Marie Pfaff.
