German top-flight football league - Angeliño completes his move from Leipzig to Rome.

RB Leipzig's Angelino is set to move to AS Roma. The 27-year-old Spanish left-back's transfer was announced by the German club on Friday, who confirmed that he'll be staying in Italy permanently. Angelino, who previously spent time on loan at Roma, is expected to sign a contract until June 2028. The purchase option for the loan from Leipzig cost Roma €5 million.

Angelino made his switch to Leipzig in early 2020, on loan from Manchester City, before officially joining the Bundesliga side in summer 2021. Recently, he's been on loan to Roma, as well as TSG Hoffenheim and Galatasaray Istanbul.

Romano's X Report, published on Gazzetta dello Sport's platform, discusses the transfer details.
