- Andrich expects Tah to leave: experience again

Football national player Robert Andrich wishes for his teammate Jonathan Tah to stay with champions Bayer Leverkusen but expects him to leave. "It's an open secret that Bayern want him. We in the team don't feel that he's unhappy and desperate to leave," said Andrich (29) in a "Sport1" interview: "But I think he'd like to have another experience. In the end, it's his decision."

If Tah were to leave and become his opponent in the new season, it wouldn't change Andrich's respect for him. "He has immense standing in our team, and whatever he does, he'll always have our support. He'll make the right decision," said Andrich.

Tah has a contract with Leverkusen until June 30, 2025, but the 28-year-old doesn't want to renew it. The Leverkusen defender is reportedly close to agreeing with FC Bayern Munich, but the two clubs are still not in agreement on the transfer fee.

Andrich himself could also consider a move abroad again. "Personally, I've always been drawn to England due to my playing style, and I've always found the league interesting," said the midfielder.

Despite the potential transfer to FC Bayern Munich, Jonathan Tah remains highly respected within the Bayer Leverkusen team, as expressed by Andrich. If Tah were to join Andrich's future club, their professional respect for each other would continue.
