Nearly 35,000 guests and sports fanatics turned up for the annual community sports event hosted by the Landessportbund Berlin (LSB) at the Olympic Stadium. This figure surpassed previous attendance records, underscoring the significance of sports in Berlin, particularly its impact on families. Here, family members engage in shared activities and enjoy themselves. According to LSB President Thomas Härtel, "Sports have the power to unite people."

A plethora of clubs, organizations, and institutions provided over 150 lively, hands-on activities. The inclusivity-focused activities, such as Boccia, wheelchair basketball, and a wheelchair obstacle course, were particularly well-received. Härtel added, "If these activities inspire children and young adults to engage in more physical activities and potentially join our clubs for the long term, then we've achieved our goal of integrating sports into their daily lives."

At the Olympic Park, where the annual community sports event took place, various clubs and organizations set up stalls offering over 150 interactive sports activities. Visitors to the Olympic Park enjoyed participating in inclusive sports like Boccia and wheelchair basketball.
