The Berlin Thunder American Football team secured Playoff spots in the European League of Football (ELF) after their third season win. At Prague Lions, under the guidance of Head Coach Johnny Schmack, they achieved a safe 34:7 (20:0) victory. With six games played, the Berliners now have a balanced record of three wins and three losses, maintaining their second place in the Eastern Conference.

Robin Wilczek and Aaron Jackson, the offensive players for the Thunder, were the match winners, each scoring two touchdowns for Berlin. Despite the early points, the Berliners could not effectively stamp their authority on the game against the third-tier Lions.

However, the home team was too harmless to put significant pressure on the guests. In the second half, the Berliners managed to keep possession of the ball for as long as possible, preventing the opponent from scoring further points. In the end, the expected victory materialized.
