- Alnatura initiates the withdrawal of certain baked items

Eco-friendly food seller Alnatura is withdrawing two baked goods. The affected items are Alnatura's "Gouda Cheese Bread" with a shelf life up to 15.05.2025 and 24/7 BIO's "Goat Cheese Bread" with a shelf life up to 23.04.2025. According to their statement issued in Darmstadt, there's a possibility these goods might contain foreign metal objects.

People who own these items with the stated expiration dates should refrain from consumption and consider returning them, Alnatura mentioned. A new product will be provided as a replacement. Items with different expiration dates or unrelated products remain unaffected by this recall. The goat cheese bread was exclusively marketed in Alnatura stores.

Alnatura's decision to recall their affected baked goods affects consumers in Darmstadt, where the company issued their statement. The city of Darmstadt is home to many Alnatura customers who may need to check their purchased goods.
