"Bird Found in Vehicle's Engine" - Aircraft carrying 190 individuals reverts course.
Unexpectedly, a plane filled with 190 passengers had to make a U-turn on Friday evening while en route from Dortmund to Katowice, Poland. During the takeoff of the Boeing 737, it was reported that one or more birds got sucked into the engine. As a precautionary measure, the pilot decided to turn around and land again at Dortmund Airport. The landing was carried out without any mishaps, and no one was injured. However, one of the engines had been damaged, so the passengers needed to disembark and continue their journey on a different plane.
