Elections for Europe and local areas - AfD party leader Holm deems their election win as a "momentous triumph".

"This is truly going to transform the political scenery," stated Holm on a Monday in Schwerin. AfD now holds a solid position at the local level. The high endorsement of his party also indicates that slander and branding techniques are ineffective.

Holm urged other parties to consider partnership offers within county boards and local government. "Our newfound power at the state's regional level will obviously weaken the wall further," mentioned the AfD member of the Federal Assembly, who secured a seat in the Schwerin city parliament and was quoted intending to accept it personally.

The AfD had made significant investments and had taken the lead as MV's strongest political force for the first time with 28.3% in the European polls and 25.6% in the local authorities' elections.
