In Hamburg's Schanzenviertel, a poster at the Red Flora called out for radical left-wing activists to carry out criminal acts against the Alternative for Germany (AfD). The Red Flora outlined "13 actions you can take against the AfD," suggesting destroying election material as the first step. Additionally, it encouraged disrupting campaign events, assaulting venues, and immobilizing vehicles, but warned against being caught. Initial reporting was done by NDR 90.3.

The AfD's Hamburg chief, Dirk Nockemann, declared, "We won't be intimidated; it's high time to take on left-wing extremism with the same tenacity as right-wing extremism." The Red Flora, in his opinion, should have been shut down years ago. Police identified the poster as a public instigation to commit crimes, triggering an investigation. A spokesperson explained to dpa, "The investigation is being overseen by the state protection department."

Lately, the Red Flora expressed support for imprisoned alleged RAF terrorist Daniela Klette. It also made headlines by advocating for the world's liberation from the infamous terrorist group Hamas.

The Alternative for Germany (AfD) firmly condemned the call to action against them from the Red Flora in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel. The AfD's Hamburg branch, led by Dirk Nockemann, viewed this incident as a clear example of left-wing extremism and demanded tougher action against such institutions.
