"Lower Saxony saw all fields expedited around mid-May, delaying potato plantation for up to three weeks. Tom-Pascal Pielhop, an agricultural expert, predicts lower winter cereals and rapeseed yields than the previous year due to the belated, weather-dependent sowing cycle.
