A 13-year-old lad wielded a knife at a 15-year-old in a skate park situated in Lippstadt. It's claimed that he pricked the teenager on the arm and leg using a pocket knife, but no wounds were noted in the police report.

Subsequently, a 16-year-old assumed accomplice requested cigarettes and cash from the 15-year-old. The 15-year-old, accompanied by two pals, is said to have scattered in panic, seeking help from spectators. These bystanders successfully disarmed the teenager of the knife.

The authorities apprehended the two suspects following the incident on a Tuesday evening.

The incident at the skate park in Lippstadt was classified as a case of juvenile delinquency due to the crime committed by the 13-year-old. The police had to increase their patrols in the area due to the rising instances of youth crime.
