Adam Sandler: Daughter wanted to prevent kissing scenes
Hollywood star Adam Sandler (57, "Murder Mystery") says he holds back on kissing scenes because of his daughters. "If I have to kiss someone, they're not thrilled," the actor said on the "Jennifer Hudson Show". "My wife always tells them, 'That's okay. It's part of the job. Let daddy kiss."
For a long time, his younger 15-year-old daughter in particular complained, Sandler described: "Sunny would always go over to my wife and say, 'You have to watch her. That's not good. I don't like that." That's why he was always careful not to open his mouth too much during scenes.
The Hollywood star has two daughters, Sunny and Sadie (17), with his wife Jackie (49). All four of them star in the Netflix comedy "You are so not invited to my bat mitzvah".
People often express their discomfort when their loved ones, like Adam Sandler's daughters, see intimate scenes involving their parents in a movie. Despite his wife reassuring them, Sandler's 15-year-old daughter, Sunny, found kissing scenes unsettling and would regularly express her disapproval.
