Inundation: Extensive Water Damage Occurs - ADAC air rescue continues nonstop in Bavaria
A rescue helicopter with a winch has been operating out of the Augsburg Clinic since Sunday, saving over a handful of people in its first few hours. Another helicopter with a winch is on standby in Ingolstadt, prepared to enter the service in the Straubing area, which is expected to experience a worsening flood situation. The ADAC anticipates continuous rescue efforts in Bavaria through the flood crisis until around the middle of next week.
