On the parking lot "Am Streitgieren" on the A61 near Kruft (district Mayen-Koblenz), the police was notified of a steaming puddle on Thursday morning. Employees of the Mendig highway maintenance crew discovered this during a route check, as the police reported. The local fire department determined that it was an unknown acid.
