Mecklenburg Lake District - Accident with light motorcycle: pedestrian seriously injured

A 75-year-old woman has been hit and seriously injured by a motorcyclist in Röbel (Mecklenburg Lake District). The 16-year-old driver was riding his light motorcycle, i.e. a small motorcycle, towards the town center on Saturday evening, according to the police. At a petrol station, he had overlooked the pedestrian who was crossing the road with her dog. The woman was taken to hospital after the accident. The 16-year-old and his 14-year-old passenger were slightly injured.
