Berlin-Wedding - Accident with four injured: Suspicion of car racing

At a suspected car race in Berlin-Wedding, four people have been injured. According to current findings, a 23-year-old turned around on a two-lane street in the night to Saturday and collided with the car of a 20-year-old. A police spokesperson shared this information on Saturday.

Witnesses reportedly saw both drivers driving at excessive speeds before the collision, according to the police. The police are now investigating for the suspicion of illegal car racing.

In the collision, the 23-year-old sustained head injuries, the 20-year-old injured himself on his leg, and his 23-year-old passenger sustained head and abdomen injuries. All three were taken to a hospital for treatment. The 18-year-old passenger of the 23-year-old complained of headaches but refused medical treatment, according to the police.
