Lörrach - Accident involving ten vehicles: six injured

Six people have been slightly injured in an accident on a slippery road in Lörrach. A total of ten vehicles were involved in the accident over a distance of around 170 meters, said a police spokesman. It must have been like a chain reaction - but it is not yet clear exactly what happened, he said. Only the extent of the accidents is known: Eight vehicles had to be towed away, and the crash barrier was damaged in nine places. The six injured people were taken to hospital. The damage to property is estimated to be in the low six-figure range.
