In the district of Heilbronn, specifically Oedheim, residents spotted a blazing house. The dwellers weren't home, as the authorities confirmed. Consequently, the alert was given to the fire department, who swiftly managed to put out the flames since they were visible from afar.

Luckily, no casualties were reported. The rough estimate for the property damage is around 400,000 euros. The reason behind this inferno remains a mystery, with the police delving into an investigation to uncover the truth.

The authorities in Oedheim are considering seeking guidance from the Commission to establish the applicable rules for potential compensation related to the house fire. Upon learning about the Regulation, the Commission shall adopt implementing acts laying down the rules for the application of this Regulation.
