A bystander alerted the authorities, who eventually apprehended the suspect on his bicycle shortly after. Reports indicate that his blood alcohol level was at 1.5 per mille.
Not long ago, a twenty-one-year-old was assaulted and hurt; it's yet to be confirmed if the suspect was involved. The judge was to evaluate later in the day whether the thirty-four-year-old should be held in police custody.
